Are the bristles of Tromatz bioelectric toothbrushes soft?
The bristles of the toothbrushes are extremely soft, so they are gentle on the gums and teeth, which is great for people with sensitive teeth. In addition, you don't have to brush very hard, as the waves of bioelectric microcurrents work together to clean more effectively than bristles alone.
Does my toothbrush use UV light?
- The device does not use UV light.
- The device uses blue LED light (450 nm), which is not harmful.
What is the function of the blue LED light?
The blue LED light in the Tromatz "Simple" and Tromatz "Pro" toothbrushes has two functions:
- This blue light indicates that 10 million micro-current waves per second are active, cleaning teeth where no other toothbrush can reach.
- It also has teeth-whitening properties, which can be enhanced by using a special toothpaste.
Does the toothbrush come with batteries?
Yes, all Tromatz toothbrushes are battery-operated, so you can start using them right away. "The Pro model comes with a Type C cable for charging the Lithium-ion battery.
Why is there no timer for the 2:30 min. brush cleaning time?
A blue light indicates that the micro-current waves are activated. After 2:30 minutes, they automatically switch off.
Are the batteries for the Mini and Simple toothbrushes replaceable?
The Tromatz Mini and Simple toothbrushes are the basic models and the perfect travel companions because they are smaller and lighter. The batteries in these models are not replaceable. The Tromatz "Pro" model is rechargeable and has a replaceable brush head and a type C cord.
Why doesn't my electric toothbrush have any vibration?
Tromatz toothbrushes do not vibrate, rotate or tip because they are not motorised. The patented Tromatz core chip generates an alternating/direct current which is converted into low voltage waves (0.7 V) in the brush head. This happens as imperceptibly as sending a radio signal.
My toothbrush doesn't work. What should I do?

Can I use any toothpaste?
- You can use any toothpaste you like to brush your teeth and feel fresh.
- To give a whitening effect, you need to use a special whitening gel or toothpaste. However, we do not currently sell whitening gel or toothpaste.
Is my toothbrush really effective? I need more research or scientific evidence to make sure that my toothbrush really works.
- The effectiveness of the Tromatz technology has been studied and proven in several clinical trials at Yonsei University School of Dentistry and Ulsan University Hospital and published in the National Library of Medicine (USA).
