In accordance with the "Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods" approved by the Minister of Economy by Order No 217 of 29 June 2001 "On the Approval of the Rules for the Return and Exchange of Goods" (Official Gazette, 2001, No 58-2105), quality goods purchased online may be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer.
The following conditions must be observed when returning the goods:
- the returned goods must be in their original packaging in good condition;
- the goods must not have been damaged/unused by the buyer;
- the goods must be in good condition in terms of appearance (labels intact and protective film not removed, etc.)
- the returned product must be in the same condition as when the buyer received it, including any additional gifts received;
- the return must be accompanied by the purchase document or the order number.
If the above conditions are met, you should fill in the return form and send it to grazinimai@yosmile.lt. Refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the Customer to make the transaction. Upon receipt of your request, we will contact you within 2 working days to arrange the return details.
